Very Good. First off I want to welcome Shanique Wright to the world of followers. Thanks for checking me out and please drop me a line at either firstname.lastname@example.org or at https://twitter.com/Mobilemovieman Now we all know how the Mobile Movie Man hates when Liberal Land force feeds their political message down our throats when we are looking for entertainment, but despite all of that I still liked this movie. I thought the story was very good and the acting was just as good. I know this is only a movie but I really think there are some truths to this movie in regards to how Washington works today and why your representatives vote the way he or she do. The reason why some people hate politics is validated here in this movie. I don’t want to give away too much but Jessica Chastain plays a lobbyist with a win at all costs mentality. She is a general with brilliant strategies but it comes at a high personal cost. The core of this movie is about the games both sides play including any espionage that may happen. Although Hollywood slams the NRA here and tries to sway your opinion this is a solid adult movie without any special effects, action or fighting. Very rare these days. Solid movie and one of the better ones I’ve seen this year. I recommend this movie to anyone who likes thriller, espionage, or courtroom drama type movies. Check it out and let me know what you think. The Mobile Movie Man has spoken!!!
Good. I’m a little biased here because courtroom drama is my favorite genera hands down. This is an entertaining and suspenseful who done it film. Did I figure out the plot fairly early? Yes. Did I figure out the twist at the end? Yes. Will you do the same? Maybe. I’m a professional that’s why I could see it coming from a mile away lol. The drama unfolds like a good John Grisham novel. That being said it’s a slow burn kind of movie. I thought the acting was solid even with Keanu Reeves wooden performance as always, and I was entertained for the entire 90 minutes I put into this movie. What more can you ask for these days? Give this one a shot and you’ll be glad you did. The Mobile Movie Man has spoken!!
Very Good. First off I want to welcome April Ivy to the world of followers. Thanks for checking me out girl and please drop me a few movie recommendations at either email@example.com or at https://twitter.com/Mobilemovieman Now let me start by saying this movie has subtitles so this might not be your thing because you have to give this your undivided attention to make sure you read everything to keep up. This is also a court room drama so this is also in my wheel house because that is The Mobile Movie Mans favorite genera. There are a couple take aways I had when the movie was over. First and foremost, THANK GOD I was born in the United States and not Ethiopia where the movie takes place. Second, what is also sad is the amount of human trafficking that goes on even today. The fact that this movie is based on a true story just goes to show you how little some countries have advances in regards to woman’s rights. Very good movie and alarming subject matter. This is easily one of the better movies I’ve seen in a while. Angelina Jolie was the executive producer of the movie, so good job by her to bring this issue to global audiences. I don’t want to ruin anything for your guys but I didn’t like that last 3 minutes of the movie. If you see this you’ll know why but this is a very good movie. Solid choice, the Mobile Movie Man has spoken.
Ok. Now courtroom drama is probably my favorite movie genera so I’m probably being a little generous with the “ok” rating but there is a very good cast here which is deceiving. Anthony Hopkins plays a very good villain and that is no surprise, but what annoyed me beyond belief was the great Al Pacino seemed to have mailed in his performance for a paycheck. Josh Duhamel was a complete miscast in my humble opinion, but that being said there are so many twists and turns that you really have to pay attention throughout or you will have a hard time following. Some of the performances (especially Julia Stiles) come off as very cheesy. I don’t want to toot my own horn bout I could write a better script that this, because the ending is straight amateur hour with a ton of holes in it. Maybe I should switch gears and start writing instead of reviewing…who knows. Off the bat this movie poster is so cliché. Why do all lawyer movie posters have to look the same?? I would have liked at the end of the movie when the credits roll for them to list what each actor bought with their pay check like for example Stiles – new car, Hopkins – new boat, Pacino – paid back taxes etc. As far as movies go I have seen way worse than Misconduct, but it’s slightly above, and I do mean slightly above Awful. You be the judge. The Mobile Movie Man has spoken!!!
Good. I would have given this a very good rating because the movie is well written and quite riveting, but the ending just does not work at all. I can’t imagine anyone sacrificing their family and their freedom in this situation. It’s basically unbelievable and unlikely. Outside of the ending the movie is very good. It’s about a journalist suffering the consequences of protecting a source because of patriotic idealism, professional integrity, and personal feelings by just being a mother. Watching this you can’t help but wonder about your own commitment to principals. You think you know what you’re made of, but you don’t till you are in the crossfire, and this is the type of movie that explores the psychological possibilities inherent in many life choices. This was a political courtroom drama that fell through the cracks for me, and we know this is right in the Mobile Movie Man’s wheel house. Terrible cast, but even so I still recommend this one. My movie queue is running a little low so send me some recommendations please at either firstname.lastname@example.org or at https://twitter.com/Mobilemovieman

The Mobile Movie Man is a huge courtroom drama fan so it was inevitable that I was going here, but this is a great courtroom thriller that I’m sure slipped through the cracks for a lot of you out there. I’m not a huge Harrison Ford guy but he is an iconic actor that has been in some of the biggest movies in history. He has tremendous range from Indiana Jones to Han Solo and everything in-between. Not a bad resume when you play two of the greatest characters of all time. He should stick to acting instead of flying because he’s a danger to golfers everywhere with his crash-landings on golf courses, but here he plays a prosecutor who is accused of a brutal murder of a female co worker, whom he was also sleeping with. The movie starts off a little slow so stick with it, because it really picks up steam. Ford is terrific here and plays much more like a good old fashioned whodunit. There is a great cast and an ending that you won’t see coming, which makes for a very good movie. I’m not sure where this one ranks in my top movies all time but I’m trying to pick very good movies that I’ve seen in the past that many of you out there might have missed. So if you didn’t see this, you are doing yourself a disservice by not checking it out. If I were you I would stop what I was doing, follow me on Twitter @Mobilemovieman then see if you can get your hands on this film and check it out. You will not be disappointed. Trust me kids. Would I steer you wrong??? Also please drop me a few recommendations at email@example.com because my movie queue is running low. Thanks kids!!
Very Good. Movie like this are oh so rare these days. I might be a little biased because courtroom drama is right in the Mobile Movie Man’s wheel house but I really enjoyed this movie on so many different levels. Robert Duvall and Robert Downey Jr put on an acting clinic here. The story is chock full in nostalgia, native son returns, father – son rivalry, sibling rivalry and bad decisions with serious family consequences across the decades. The movie has a solid script, and superior acting from the top of the cast down to the bottom but its RDJ and Duvall’s chemistry who make this move so very good. Their scenes together are so intense and they draw you in completely, and the aftermath of the verdict really tugs at you. For me what makes a movie very good is it leaves me thinking about it for a while after its over, and if you have had a rocky time in relationships with parents, siblings, or lovers you will find some type of connection to this movie. This is a must see because the story just feels real, was touching and did not lag once. This is a movie that if I happen to catch on TV when I’m channel surfing that I would definitely watch again. So do yourself a favor and check this one out and you’ll be glad you did. The Mobile Movie Man has spoken. Now run along kiddies.
